Virtual Telehealth Appointments (CT/NY only)

Adult patients 18+ years of age

Medication Management appointments

$200

30 Minutes

Therapy and/or family session with medication management

$300

50 Minutes

Initial intake/consultation

$450

90 Minutes

Additional Requests

Form or Letter Requests

$5 per page

$50 maximum charge for any form or letter

Phone Calls

$300 per hr

Charged for calls longer than 5 minutes.  Prorated based on length of call at $5 per minute.

Fees subject to change. Patients will be notified of any changes in fees prior to their appointment.
